It a...It really is hard to come down a binge cycle. It almost like withdrawal from drug addiction to me. <br />Last week I got a grip. I had to go cold turkey. WATER. Just water and kept my ass busy. NO to food and there were many temptations. After even that first day I was feeling TONS better.<br />I think it may be a blood sugar thing balancing out. After about 3 days (similar to other withdrawls) I feel great and am back in control. <br />Restricting is easy again for me now. Your body expects to eat, you are trying to fight it and are craving anything and everything as a response. You need to get back into your groove.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
