50 cent what?

Just a little side note, apparently 50 cent lost like 50 pounds in 9 weeks by starving himself and working out like crazy. Check this out. If he can so it, why the hell can't we??

    Gah.
    I suppose if I was making that much money to do a movie it would be good motivation. Plus he had some serious staff help.
    sigh.
    Still....hmmm.
    I couldn't find any info on what his liquid diet consisted of. I am sure it was nutritious, just low cal.
