I think I have a serious binge eating problem. I can't stop eating! I feel sick and I want to throw up but I just want to, I need to, taste, taste, taste. I find myself eating things I don't even like! Mayonaise. I hate mayonaise but yet I felt the need to eat it. No, not on a sandwich just with my finger. Seriously, I HATE mayonaise. Why is this happening?? My weight is rising. I don't know what is happening. I just have no control. Any advice... please??
I think when you come off of eating 3 meals a day it kick starts something in your system when you start. Your body expects to eat, you are trying to fight it and are craving anything and everything as a response. You need to get back into your groove.
ReplyDeleteIt really is hard to come down a binge cycle. It almost like withdrawal from drug addiction to me.
ReplyDeleteLast week I got a grip. I had to go cold turkey. WATER. Just water and kept my ass busy. NO to food and there were many temptations. After even that first day I was feeling TONS better.
I think it may be a blood sugar thing balancing out. After about 3 days (similar to other withdrawls) I feel great and am back in control.
Restricting is easy again for me now. Hang in there.
